This store throws away a lot of fresh food daily that goes out of date. Other Iceland stores pass this food on at daily closing time to volunteers on Olio app so it can be distributed to local people to save food waste and help out those who are struggling, and there are many of them in Norris Green that’s for sure. I don’t understand why they don’t participate in this scheme!

Absolute joke. Stores advertised as opening at am. But when you arrive there at .am the shutters are still down because some moron, who's probably on more money than sense, doesn't update their opening times. Customers are flat out being robbed by your prices lately, at least have the decency to update actual opening hours. Seriously. The easiest things.

I've been shopping here years, but now it stops ordered all my Christmas bits from this store online only for them to forget £-£ of my frozen food. Despite myself and Iceland Agents getting in touch we have recieved no answer Phone call attempts in days and nothing. So failure to comply has led to me phoning Iceland customer services () and requesting a refund.Myself and the family have officially stopped buying now after many years of custom
